How To Apply

All applicants must complete an application form and submit it to the Woodbury Scholarship Fund Prior to April 1st of each year. The application requires personal information, school records, a financial statement and an essay. Please refer to the application form for current confidentiality explanations.

Download the Application Form and the Financial Assistance Questionnaire. Both forms need to be submitted at the time of application.
